Last month i draw a Tower card in my reading...
Let's see what is the card want to tell us.
The Tower - A lightning flash strikes the upper turrets of the tower, causing it to crumble. The tower is built of brick and represents an attempt by humans to scale the heavens. Two figures falling from the tower.
The tower is a card about war, a war between the structures of lies and the lightning flash of truth. When you get this card in the reading, you can expect to be shaken up, to be blinded by a shocking revelation. It sometimes takes that to see a truth that one refuses to see. Or to bring down beliefs that are so well constructed. In here, the most important to remember is that the tearing down of this structure, however painful, makes room for something new to be rebuilt. If you are already in a suppressing feelings of grief, anger, or disappointment, let these feelings go and your life will soon change for the better.
No one will like this card as this is a sign to tell us, something is not true. It is however one of the clearest cards when it comes to meaning. False structures, false institutions, false beliefs are going to come tumbling down, suddenly, violently and all at once.
I have an experience when i get this card in my reading. This is really pain and hurt, but i know this is the only way of seeing the truth. Sometime, people may refused to see or accept the truth, but this will only makes them feel more and more hurt and anger, because they are not willing to let go of the things they are having now (the old structure). What we can do is, face the truth, learned from the past and rebuilt it with your knowledge and ability. You know what to do and you know who you really are, just remember, if we place our lives on a firm spiritual foundation and align our purpose with the will of the cosmos, our destiny will have a positive outcome.
Nothing built on a lie, on falsehoods, can remain standing for long. Better to tear it all down and rebuild on the truth. It is not going to be pleasant or painless or easy, but it will be for the best.
Today, i would like to share here is the Moon in tarot.
From the card show, two dogs barking at the moon, the moon itself is shown both in its full and first quarter aspects, and shines its light down on two castle turrets, representing humans' domain. In the foreground is a large pool of water representing the waters of Life and, by extension, the powers of the subconscious mind from which creative ideas emerge.
In spiritual interpretation - The moon symbolizes the unceasing cycles of change, including the ebb and flow of the biological and psychic tides affecting fertility and creativity, respectively. In the spread, this card associated with intuition, dreams, and the manifestation of psychic powers. Trust the messages you receive through your dreams and heed the inner voice of your intuition.
When we experience such turbulent emotions, it is difficult to believe that we could ever feel harmony and peace within ourselves again.
When The Moon appears in your readings, you can be sure there are issues in your life that are causing confusion and mixed emotions. When you draw this card, it is suggesting you take a step back and view your situation from a different perspective and with a calmer logic.
However, The Moon does represent powerful feelings and it isn’t always easy to gain clarity: we often can’t ‘see the wood for the trees’. The path to clarity and understanding is a challenging one, yet despite the emotional wrenches you may feel, it is right for you.
If you are in a situation where you need to let go of a lover or partner for whatever reason, but emotionally cannot summon up the courage to do so, even though you know it’s the right thing to do, trust that the new path you seek is right for you. Often when a decision is very difficult and causes strong emotional resistance within us, we allow our weaker nature to rule. However, in many of these situations it is a brave heart and clear mind that help us see through the fog of unruly emotion and step onto our true path.
The Moon not only represents illusion caused by powerful emotions, but also trickery created by other people’s lies or misleading behavior. Therefore, when The Moon appears in a reading, it’s a good idea to question your motives and those of people close to you, and it is best to refrain from making firm decisions until you know and feel a sense of certainty about your choices.
It also suggest you to attend to your dreams, feelings, hunches and intuitions now. it is very important to become aware of what lies beneath the surface or buried in the past. your gut feelings may be more reliable than logical analysis. If you question about being deceived, this card suggests that you are the victim of false information and double dealing. Something is happen behind the scenes that will eventually come to light.
The Moon may suggest that your avoidance to take action or make a tough decision about a certain situation is simply due to fear of loss. Fear has much to do with The Moon, and courage is always needed to conquer fear, so take your time when The Moon appears in your readings and search for your inner courage. With patience you will find the clarity you seek.
Last Saturday, a client came to me for a tarot reading... She got a Magician card when she asked about a solution for her problems. The reading was so interesting... Let's see what is the magician card wants to tell us...
The Magician
The Magician stands with wand held pointed toward Heaven, the symbol for infinity representing the holy Spirit. A serpent(the snake) devouring itself encircles his waist, an ancient symbol for death, renewal and the cyclic nature of time and eternity - creation and destruction. Before him (his altar) are the four symbols of the Minor Arcana, the Wand(Fire), Cup(Water), Sword(Air), and Pentacle(Earth), which are the basic elements to create whatever he desires. In Waite deck, there are red rose, representing desire and passion, form into a bower above his head and intermingle in the foreground with white lilies, representing pure abstract thought. In numerology, the magician is the number 1 in major arcana. He is a leader, independent, initiative, single minded and unity.
The Magician represents a focused, goal-oriented individual who harnesses the power of creativity, especially through willpower and determination. He reminds us that we already have everything we need to create the life we want for ourselves. We can accomplish anything if we stay focused on what we want.
When you draw this card, you demonstrate that you have the power to act and make decisions. You are sensitive and intuitive in the way you make use of your power, and you are skilled in laying the basis for positive relationships. You are able to bridge the inner and outer worlds.
Drawing this card in a spread indicates that you bring an undoubted vitality and inspiration to your everyday life, and have a great ability to overcome conflict and push on to new heights. You are a true leader.
If you using too much on The Magician (you draw a reversed card in the spread), you are using your power inappropriately or destructively. You are vulnerable to the influence of those who lie and deceive. Your project are ill-considered and unlikely to succeed. Sometimes it also meant you lost yourself with your own glamor or desire in front. Try to look back to your own abilities. You will find out what is the thing you really want in your life.
When we grow up, we do lose touch with ou creativity. But this is never too late or too hard to go back/recover. It is still an answer waiting for our call. The magician got all his creative tools. He is in touch with his thoughts, his feelings, his senses and his inspirations. Let the Magician energy fill your life journey, experience today!
Some of you may know me earlier, as i have a main blog at http://happyangelhouse.blog.com and know that recently i went to Singapore to upgrade my tarot skill. Why i create this blog? hahaha... just something came into my mind, makes me want to share about my tarot experience with you all here. Well, we all still learning about life. Life goes up and down sometimes, but without that you won't know what is sweet and what is bitter, rite? so... say thanks to those people who gives you sweetness and bitterness and with those, you will grow up and see the lights from GOD.
Last few months, I found out that what is the passion in one self. Well, after i went into the spiritual line, and found out i feel joy and great if i can help someone to come out and learn from their problems, and at the same time, i would have also learned from them! This is the thing that's makes me keep doing it without delayed. And what is your passion? in your work? with your family? with your loved one? or your money? hahahaha...
Just now when i try to think what to share for my first tarot card in this blog, the FOOL come out in my mind... hahaha... ok, the fool is the first major arcana card in tarot deck, and this is my first post... hahahaa... let's start THE FOOL.
The Fool
A young person in colored clothes, carrying all he needs for his journey with him, walks toward the edge of a cliff. There are two possible interpretations: Either he is so naively focused on a lofty goal in the distance, that he does not see the danger at his feet; or he is fully aware and is about to take a leap into the unknown (a leap of Faith) trusting that all will turn out well. The Fool is a main character in the major arcana of tarot as a story. How to represent the different stage and development in his journey of life? Is it a foolish to lead off the cliff? oh well, we all knows no one is perfect in this world, and no one can grow without making mistake. From this point of view, the Fool is a person who dare to go into his life without fear or doubt.
When you draw this card, means be a beginner and you should let go of all you think you want, just be a foolish. Let go of your need to be happy, and focus on happiness itself. Surrender your control to GOD, and have FAITH that things may not turn out the way you expect, you will get what you need. Like some people said "Just let it be..."
So are you willing to be the FOOL? :-) the answer is within you...
